A  passionate and dedicated personal trainer operating in the Lutterworth & Rugby Area’s, I will bring personal training to you. I can offer sessions in your own home, or in a local outdoor space. With a range of equipment to hand, I’ll tailor each session to meet your needs.  I can also provide nutritional advice to complement your training and assist with your goals, be that a specific event, overall health, weight loss/gain, or body composition.

With a background of circuit training, HIIT, boot camps, boxing pad work and weight training I have a wide range of experience with different session formats.

I  started my own fitness journey over 25 years ago, where I was a keen Tennis player for the school, before achieving a black belt in taekwondo at the end of secondary school. I love so many sports and am always looking for someone to play Golf, Squash or Badminton with!   In the past 5 years ago. I have completed obstacle course races (Rat Race, Spartan, Toughmudder) in the USA & Europe as well as in the UK.

Inspired to change my life and others, I ditched the day job and qualified as a personal trainer. Since then I have been using my knowledge, expertise and experience to help my clients smash their goals and reach levels they didn’t think possible, as well as improving their everyday health and fitness.

Consultation

This is the stage for Jason to learn about your schedule, injuries, abilities, goals and aspirations.

Nutritional Plan

Your body needs the correct fuel. Diet and eating habits will limit any progress through physical exercise, so we'll make sure we've got the base covered.

Exercise Programmes

A breakdown of specific exercises to target core muscle groups. Don't worry though, Jason will guide you through each exercise and check your form.

Review and Repeat

As you get fitter and stronger your nutritional plan and exercise schedule may need to be changed to make sure you're always getting the best results.
