Come and try an EnduroFit bootcamp! More than just a military style bootcamp, Jason brings circuit style training to the outdoors. He uses a range of equipment as well as more traditional body weight exercises to ensure you get a full body, challenging workout.

If you’re new to this style of training, don’t let the word ‘bootcamp’  put you off. This class is accessible to all, and there is no yelling! What you will get, is a friendly fun outdoor workout that will push your fitness levels. Bootcamp goes ahead rain or shine – so dress for the weather!
